As the Retail Director for Cushman & Wakefield Core, Warren brings over 20 years of diverse retail experience to the role. Responsible for leading and managing the Retail function across the UAE. Warren has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for property owners and retailers alike.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Warren held positions as Head of Leasing for City Centre Deira and City Centre Al Zahia for Majid Al Futtaim Properties (MAF), Senior Vice President – Retail for Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and in South Africa worked for Investec Property Group, which at the time managed the Growthpoint Property Fund.
Warren and the team work closely with landlords and retailers to identify the optimal locations, negotiate favourable lease terms, and implement tailored strategies to help their businesses thrive in the dynamic UAE market.
