Iris Bay, also recognized as Sheth Tower Iris Bay, stands as a prominent office tower within Business Bay, a bustling commercial hub in Dubai. Distinguished by its distinctive oval, crescent moon-like shape, Iris Bay is among the tallest structures in the area, soaring to a height of 170 meters (558 ft.) with 35 stories above ground. This includes three podium levels and three basement parking levels.
Sheth Estate International Limited initiated the project in 2006, and Iris Bay reached completion in 2015, featuring a total of 387,000 sq. ft. dedicated to office and retail spaces. The offices and shops within Iris Bay epitomize luxury and adhere to the highest standards. Designed by WS Atkins & Partners, the tower boasts two facades – one facing Sheikh Zayed Road and the other oriented towards the bay, providing captivating views of the Dubai Canal.
