Aldar HQ, also known as the Al Dar Headquarters Building, is a unique circular skyscraper located in Abu Dhabi. Aldar HQ was designed by the architectural firm MZ Architects and completed in 2010. With a height of 164 meters and 23 floors, Aldar HQ offers collective office space of 666,292 sq. ft. The building's facade, consisting of over 7,000 aluminium panels, creates a shimmering effect in the sunlight. In addition to serving as the headquarters for Aldar Properties, one of the largest real estate development companies in the UAE, Aldar HQ is notable for its sustainability features, including a low-emission HVAC system, energy-efficient lighting, and a greywater recycling system.
