Solution
Cushman & Wakefield Core successfully secured a lease at One Offices, a premium serviced office provider located in One Za'abeel—one of Dubai’s most prestigious developments along Sheikh Zayed Road. As an early occupier of the newly delivered floor, we were able to negotiate below-market rates, which are expected to rise as occupancy increases.
