Approach
We conducted a market study and managed lease negotiations for Cherokee Federal’s new office near the US Embassy. With limited office supply in the Capital Centre District, we explored options in Masdar City and Capital Tower, securing a Grade A office space. This opportunity provided long-term lease stability and met the client's strategic location needs
Solution
We secured a Grade A office space for Cherokee Federal at Capital Tower after an extensive search due to limited office supply. The US Embassy approved the site, and lease negotiations resulted in a favourable agreement, including a 5-year lease term with rent escalations every two years. The US Ambassador of the UAE attended the official office opening ceremony.
