This expansive development covers 40 sq. km. within Musaffah, a well-known industrial area southwest of Abu Dhabi. As one of the UAE's key economic zones, ICAD hosts numerous factories and includes a port, making it a crucial hub for industrial operations.
ICAD offers excellent infrastructure to support a wide range of industries, including metal and steel production, oil and gas operations, food processing, logistics, and construction material manufacturing. The zone provides all the advantages typically associated with free zone business setups. It is organized into three distinct areas - ICAD I, ICAD II, and ICAD III - each served by Musaffah's deepwater ports, creating specialized clusters to cater to various industrial needs.
