Dubai Sports City is a mixed-use development and part of the Dubai free zone. It was developed by Dubai Sports City LLC and covers an area of approximately 50 million square feet. Dubai Sports City was designed to be a sports-themed community and includes a variety of sports facilities, including a 25,000-seat cricket stadium, an indoor arena, a football stadium, a hockey stadium, and a golf course designed by Ernie Els. The development also features residential apartments, villas, and townhouses, as well as office spaces and retail units.
Canal Residence, Victory Heights, and Gallery Villas are the three separate residential neighbourhoods that make up Sports City. The 1.2 km long and 15 m broad waterway is bordered by the collection of five apartment buildings known as Canal Residence. The structures are constructed in various architectural styles. There are studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, all of which have access to communal playgrounds, swimming pools, gyms, and barbecue spaces.
Victory Heights is a seven-village development built on the fairways of a golf course that has about a thousand villas and townhouses of various sizes and amenities. The upscale neighbourhood of Gallery Villas has 75 upscale three- and five-bedroom villas and townhouses that are also constructed around the golf course.
Some of the office spaces in Dubai Sports City include Sports City Tower, The Arena Business Center, The Bridge and others. Compared to similar properties in other Dubai Free Zone regions, Dubai Sports City properties are still rather more affordable. "
