Al Sufouh, is located along the western coast of Dubai and is one of the most prominent areas in Jumeirah. Al Sufouh is spread across 7 sq. km. towards the north-western coast of Dubai Marina and is one of the prime neighbourhoods of Dubai’s real estate. Al Sufouh is also in close proximity to many other prominent residential areas such as Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah as well as economic free zone clusters of TECOM including Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge Village.
Accommodating over 3,000 people and numerous waterfront properties, the Al Sufouh is segmented into two districts, which are Al Sufouh 1 and Al Sufouh 2.
While Al Sufouh is largely home to many prime residences that Dubai’s real estate has to offer, it is also home to key commercial and mixed-use projects that offer boutique office spaces.
