Al Quoz is one of the most preferred and centrally located warehouse districts in Dubai. Located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, Al Quoz comprises of warehousing, industrial and some residential areas. Warehouses in Al Quoz are only a 10 minutes drive from both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates. Al Quoz is well integrated with public transportation with two metro stations; Noor Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank metro stations, while the Mall of the Emirates and Sharaf DG metro stations are close by as well. In addition to the Dubai Metro, there are several bus stops in Al Quoz which connect the area to other parts of Dubai.
