Kitron earned his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Real Estate from Henley Business School, University of Reading. With a solid academic foundation, he has built a diverse career in the real estate industry, gaining experience across key global markets, including Malaysia, London, and Singapore. His professional journey has exposed him to a variety of critical functions within the industry, such as Asset Management, where he assisted in managing and optimizing property portfolios; Real Estate Analytics, where he analyzed market trends and data, writing real estate news reports and insights that influenced market perceptions and market sentiments; and Valuations, where he assessed property values for various purposes, including acquisitions, sales, and financing.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Kitron was with a leading real estate consulting firm based in Singapore. He was responsible for conducting valuations across a range of asset classes. Part of his work involved evaluating property values to support mortgage lending decisions, which required a keen understanding of market conditions and property dynamics.
In his current position at Cushman & Wakefield Core, Kitron will be undertaking valuations for a variety of asset classes throughout the United Arab Emirates. This role involves a comprehensive analysis of different types of properties, including, residential, commercial, and industrial assets. Kitron is also dedicated to advancing his professional qualifications and is actively pursuing Chartered Surveyor status. His goal is to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which will further enhance his expertise and passion in the real estate field.
