His professional journey has exposed him to a variety of critical functions within the industry, such as Asset Management, where he assisted in managing and optimizing property portfolios; Real Estate Analytics, where he analyzed market trends and data, writing real estate news reports and insights that influenced market perceptions and market sentiments; and Valuations, where he assessed property values for various purposes, including acquisitions, sales, and financing. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Kitron was with a leading real estate consulting firm based in Singapore. He was responsible for conducting valuations across a range of asset classes. Part of his work involved evaluating property values to support mortgage lending decisions, which required a keen understanding of market conditions and property dynamics. In his current position at Cushman & Wakefield Core, Kitron will be undertaking valuations for a variety of asset classes throughout the United Arab Emirates. This role involves a comprehensive analysis of different types of properties, including, residential, commercial, and industrial assets. Kitron is also dedicated to advancing his professional qualifications and is actively pursuing Chartered Surveyor status.
