Sabine joined Cushman & Wakefield Core (CWC) with more than 16 years of experience across corporate real estate, asset management and retail leasing, operating at global, regional and local levels. Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, she holds a BA in Business Management and brings a strong blend of commercial insight and operational leadership.
Before joining CWC, Sabine held regional leadership roles with Ericsson and SITA across the Middle East and Africa, where she delivered complex real estate projects in challenging environments and negotiated lease agreements in line with local regulations and multinational standards.
At CWC, Sabine progressed into an Associate Director role and was seconded to Shamal Holding, managing residential, commercial, retail and land leasing portfolios before transitioning into a dedicated retail leasing role. She is recognised for her professional, ethical approach and her ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
