Kiran joined Cushman & Wakefield Core with extensive experience in business development, client relations and bids management across the GCC. She began her career in banking administration and compliance in 2005, before transitioning into real estate in 2014 with Savills (formerly Cluttons).
Since 2018, she has specialised in managing complex tenders and strategic pursuits within the real estate advisory sector.
In her role as Bids Manager, Kiran oversees the full tender lifecycle, manages bank empanelments and master service agreements, and ensures submissions are both competitive and fully compliant. She also delivers market research, post-tender analysis and performance dashboards that provide senior leadership with clear insight into market trends and strategic opportunities.
Known for her solutions-driven and efficiency-focused approach, Kiran plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s commercial positioning and supporting sustainable business growth.
