With a Master's degree in Commerce and 11 years of diverse experience in finance and property management, Fahad is skilled in financial reporting, annual audits, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, inventory management, and the creation of standard operating procedures for the finance department with the goal of achieving efficiency. Fahad has successfully implemented accounting and property management software to improve company reporting.
In addition, Fahad has experience in communicating with tenants and coordinating with leasing brokers to manage commercial and residential portfolio leasing, maintenance, property handovers, and arrears management for managed properties. Fahad also provides commercial and residential portfolio reporting to property owners on a monthly basis for financial and operational activities during the month and submits VAT returns for property owners on a quarterly basis for the commercial portfolio.
