Ridhaa is an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield Core’s Project & Development Services team, bringing more than 14 years of international experience in delivering complex, high-value real estate projects. His career spans large-scale housing schemes, national retail rollouts in South Africa, and consultancy across project management, commercial management, fit-out coordination, and building surveying throughout the UAE.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Ridhaa built a strong track record advising developers, occupiers, and investors on projects across multiple sectors and geographies. His expertise lies in shaping strategy and managing delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring outcomes that align with client objectives and add long-term value.
In his current role, Ridhaa focuses on driving the growth of the Project & Development Services line, with a particular emphasis on Global Occupier Services and solutions tailored to the evolving needs of multinational clients.
