Originally from London, Ben joined Cushman & Wakefield Core to play a senior role in the Capital Markets team, focusing on all sectors including offices, industrial/logistics, data centers and retail assets.
Before moving to Dubai, Ben actively pursued a career in international real estate, working and studying abroad in Paris, Buenos Aires and Prague. Ben is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian. Ben has over a decade of commercial real estate transaction experience, principally at JLL, where he was Head of Capital Markets for JLL Cz.
Outside of work, Ben is a sports fanatic and enjoys playing golf, football, rugby and padel tennis.
