Vaibhavi Naveen Bhandary officially joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 2024 after earning a Master’s degree in Real Estate with a specialization in development and valuations from Heriot-Watt University. Before this, she spent five years in India as an architect, focusing on architectural design and project coordination.
In her current role, Vaibhavi is responsible for conducting in-depth market research, highest and best-use studies, benchmarking analysis, and feasibility analysis. She also specializes in data analysis, trend forecasting, and data visualization to support strategic decision-making.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Vaibhavi enjoys content creation and has built a proven track record as a content creator and influencer in both print and social media, collaborating with various commercial brands.
