Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023 to provides a dual qualified RICS Registered Valuer plus American Society of Appraisers (ASA) skillset to manage real estate plus plant & machinery (machinery and business assets) valuations with 26 years of tangible asset valuation and advisory experience gained within leading international practices with geographical coverage including the GCC, Europe and United Kingdom.
He advises major stake holders including international and local banks, lending institutions, investors, operators plus accountants, private offices, legal firms, insurance companies and insolvency practitioners.
Paul delivers valuation and advisory across all sectors with real estate expertise including large complex master plan developments of mixed uses (office, retail and residential), shopping malls, office, retail, industrial, leisure, hospitality, educational plus plant and machinery valuation requirements including, aviation, food production and cold storage, hospitals, infrastructure, marine, wharfs and ports, metal fabrication, oil and gas industries, power generation, telecommunications, zoos and aquariums, museums, healthcare, tank farms, waste management and minerals.
