Originating from Queensland, Australia and based in the UAE since 2010, Ben offers experience and knowledge across property and community association (strata) management fields, providing individual and corporate property owners with sound management of their assets. With a broad administrative, operational and strategic skill set, Ben leads his team to deliver a personalised and reliable service to property owners and their tenants, while complimenting the value proposition of Cushman & Wakefield Core's property-related services. Ben takes a systematic approach with management of vendors and service providers to operate and maintain assets cost-effectively and to a controlled standard.
