While still a student, Eric started his career in 2019 as a valuer at Cushman & Wakefield's Amsterdam office. He contributed to the implementation of the Automatic Valuation Model for residential projects and conducted commercial valuations for several major Dutch banks. After obtaining a double Master’s degree in finance from the University of Amsterdam in 2021, Eric transitioned to the Capital Markets team. There, he provided advisory services to private equity firms, owner-occupiers, and both institutional and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate portfolios and propositions.
Eric later joined the Cushman & Wakefield Core Capital Markets team, where he leverages his skills and expertise to execute large and complex commercial real estate transactions across the Middle East and provides advice on outbound investments worldwide. He is recognized for his drive, approachability, and transparency.
