Samuel joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as Senior Surveyor of Plant & Machinery plus Industrial Valuations, where he has responsibility for Plant & Machinery Business Asset Valuation and Advisory. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, he was employed at Knight Frank, Kenya for 12 years being responsible for real estate portfolio plus plant and machinery valuations throughout Africa. Samuel provides professional valuation advice and upholds a strict sense of professionalism and code of ethics in the plant and machinery field.
Samuel has 12+ years of real estate plus plant and machinery business valuation experience having extensively worked throughout Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and Rwanda and currently the GCC region. He leads and supports assignments to provide our clients comprehensive information that are backed with strong analytics and market knowledge for loan security, accounting and insurance purposes.
