She collaborates with and supports valuation teams to execute high-value assignments for UAE developers, investors, and banks, emphasizing optimal customer service, reporting quality, and data management, as well as efficient team organization.
As the primary contact for valuation client inquiries, proposals, quotations, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), service proposals, instruction, data, and contract management, Rochelle manages legal aspects, including terms of business, contracts, and resolutions such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and insurance matters.
Rochelle oversees the handling, review, and resolution of queries for real estate documentation. She assists valuation surveyors in preparing RICS Red Book / IVS compliant reports for internal, accounting, International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and banking purposes across asset classes. Her responsibilities include managing instruction flow, overseeing daily activities of valuation employees, and monitoring report quality.
