Throughout her career, Marivill has collaborated with and supported valuation teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-value real estate valuation assignments to UAE developers, investors, and banks. Her focus has consistently been on maximizing customer service, enhancing reporting quality, and managing data efficiently, as well as organizing valuation teams. Serving as the primary point of contact for valuation client inquiries, proposals, quotations, RFPs, and service issues, Marivill handles the entire spectrum of responsibilities, including the management of data, contracts, and legal resolutions such as NDAs, insurance, and PII.
Marivill's role involves the meticulous handling, review, and resolution of queries related to real estate documentation. She actively assists valuation surveyors in preparing RICS Red Book / IVS compliant reports for internal, accounting, IPSAS, and banking purposes across all asset classes. Her responsibilities extend to managing the flow of instructions and overseeing the daily activities of valuation employees, all while monitoring the quality of reports.

Marivill holds Bachelor's degrees in Accountancy and Commerce, Majoring in Financial Management, from Saint Louis University in Baguio City, Philippines.
