Tom joined Cushman & Wakefield Core bringing nine years of experience in real estate advisory and portfolio management. He began his career as a graduate at CBRE in London in 2017, where he developed strong expertise in advisory and transaction services while supporting corporate occupiers across complex real estate portfolios.
During his time at CBRE, Tom progressed to become Asset and Portfolio Manager for the Shell UK account, overseeing strategic real estate initiatives and portfolio optimisation. He later moved client-side to establish a real estate function for a Liberty Global-owned organisation, where he spent two years building and managing a dedicated real estate team before relocating to the Middle East.
At Cushman & Wakefield Core, Tom advises global occupiers on strategic real estate solutions that enhance operational efficiency and create long-term value, aligning property strategies with broader business objectives.
