David is a seasoned real estate professional, having over 10 years of commercial real estate experience spanning GCC, Southeast Asia and UK property markets with a wealth of international and local experience.
David manages the firm’s service offerings in the capital with a focus on commercial transactions within office, industrial and retail sectors as well as overseeing and promoting our research and advisory, valuation, property management, and international residential sales service lines.
Having previously represented Colliers Vietnam, Savills Middle East, and CBRE Cambodia, David has worked with a range of financial institutions, multinationals, governments, and high-net-worth individuals to provide commercial property expertise. Clients David has represented include, Hyundai, Capitaland, Lotte, Qatar Airways, Nokia, Omega Boutique Watches, Playstudios Asia, Talabat, Aramex, Starbucks, Alpha Wave Global and Total Oil & Gas. David is a professional member of the RICS and graduated with a degree in Estate Management from the UK.
