Jane is a Senior Surveyor within the Valuation and Advisory Department, having spent six years as a Surveyor in Ireland. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Jane worked within two esteemed Valuation & Advisory teams in Ireland; Cushman & Wakefield and Lisney Ireland.
During her time in Lisney, Jane gained invaluable experience in all asset classes; regularly preparing market valuations and providing valuation advice on development land, residential, commercial and industrial premises throughout Ireland. She managed large loan book portfolios on behalf of International Banks. She also assisted in Landlord & Tenant related areas which included rent reviews, lease renewals and arbitrations.
Having joined Cushman & Wakefield Ireland in 2021, Jane became project manager for several monthly, quarterly and bi-annual portfolio valuations for a range of pension and investment funds for financial reporting and completing feasibility studies. She also prepared in the provision of Red Book and Non-Red Book opinions on values and robust valuation reports.
