Steve joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as part of the Valuation & Advisory team, bringing expertise in strategy, feasibility, and assurance across the GCC and Africa. He has advised government entities, master developers, and private investors on projects spanning mixed-use developments, hospitality assets, and infrastructure strategy.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Steve held roles at Cavendish Maxwell and Ernst & Young, where he delivered high-impact advisory projects across the UAE, Oman, and the Seychelles. His work has included feasibility studies, financial models, and operational frameworks for large-scale resorts and city-based assets. He also restructured the asset management framework of a major state-owned enterprise, benchmarking against international standards and designing a roadmap for improvement.
